Think I'll go for the Vectra, the Strada doesn't seem worth the extra £12.

Those links aren't working for me. The wireless computer i got was a cateye and its been great. Saying that the first one i got kept running out of battery in a few hours so i sent it back. I sent it back to the wrong bike store as well :eek:

, they still replaced it and then shipped the new one to me

. The new ones been working great for over 6 months now.

This is the one i got but the ones your interested in will do the same job. Is the strada wireless?, if not id go for the Vectra.

i got a wireless solar computer off ebay for about £10, had no problems with it.

Didnt get any pics of the view but im just in from a ride from Hamilton to Strathaven. From my mates back to my bit it came up at about 18 miles there and back. Stopped in for a pint at a local pub and got two rolls and sausage from the tearoom and then headed home.

Took my brothers stumpjumper and oh my its so easy to ride. Was easy to keep 17-18mph with a decent cadence and i hit a max of 34mph downhill(verified by those roadside flashy things with the happy and sad faces).

Took 55 minutes to travel 8 miles

(my mate kept walking slight inclines as he was on muddyfox drift)

A decent run all in all but was a bit crap with the lack of offroad trails around up there.

The topeak V12 seemed pretty bang on aswell as it was reading 32mph when the sign was saying 34mph.

As some of you might know, I fitted some new new Maxxis Larsen TT's the other day. 2nd of use, coming home from work, I went over a smallish grid and ripped a huge hole in the back tyre

Got a nice slash in the tyre now thats about 30mm long.

Ive got some Stelmax glue at work which I hope will glue the tyre back together for the time being.

Its made me a little mad that I pay £53 for a new set of tyre's and one of them gets damaged. I had the Tioga Factory XC's on for 6 months and nothing happened. Just sods law I guess.

Btw, could anyone recommend a decent seat for me? My WTB one (dunno which kind) is getting a little uncomfortable now, looking to get a new one.

I think hes on about the free cycle computer thats in some boxes of cereal at the min, I've forgotten which cereal it is though

24.99 each they were then 3 quid delivery. They werent in stock at the time at Crc.

after my bike got stolen last week, was in desperate need of a new bike, but was strapped for cash!

So ordered this badboy today, going to pick it up tomrrow, only need it for a couple of months to take me to work etc.
