Dalecycles seem to be working fine for me.

Regards my bike, the new cassette should arrive tomorrow. Its been murder since last thursday without having a bike, Ive felt so lost.

Walking is not the way to go, put it that way :p

My 06 Kona Stinky, got it off Ebay and it was a little messed up, cleaned and regreased most of it so far, fixed the internal rebound in the front forks and added a brand new Chain Device.

Yeah al change em now, didnt realise :P, Edit Fixed em.

Rides really well, havent really gave it a good fly about yet but so far so good. The suspension was awful when I first got it, topped out all the time with a huge clanging sound, but after fixing the rebound its really smooth.

Ha, i'll keep my eyes peeled. Look out for a bloke falling off a white Marin........a lot :D
I didn't see you - I got there at 10:30, did 3 laps in 2 hours and left at 12:30.
My collar bone has finally healed enough to ride properly now after 9 weeks not being to ride - woohoo :) :)

My new wheels are awesome, they feel stiff and are very light.

I'm planning my road trip for August, so far it looks roughly like this:

Tuesday: Coed llandegla
Wednesday: Glentress/Innerleithan
Thurdsay: Pitfichie/Benachie/Mithers tap
Friday: Mt Keen/Fungle/Scolty/Kerloch
Saturday: Morray Monster Trails
Saturday/Sunday: Laggan/Nevis Red
Sunday: Back to Londonshire.

So much to do and so little time.

That trip looks like it could kill me! Having only been to inners and glentress(was at glentress yesterday) I couldn't ride all the other so soon after if they are anything like them!

We got there at around 11:45 i think, did a couple of laps. It was my first time there, and i absolutely loved it! I was awful the first time round! Second time round was better, but still pretty poor! My bike well and truly got christened :)

3 laps in 2 hours in quite some going mate! Me and my cousin stopped for breaks quite often. Probably 3-4 hours to do the 2 laps, which sounds like a year compared to your run.

I did think i saw you, but the times wouldn't match up with the guy i saw. Unless you were wearing a blue and red coloured helmet?

I plan on going as often as i can now. Practice makes perfect :D

My legs felt really good today, felt like I good do another 3 more laps :)
I was wearing a black and green Monster Energy top.

I've been going there for about 2.5 years and practically know every bump, rock and root.
They are currently building some new official sections on the other side – Special Events Area, and there are loads of other awesome non official trails there as well, along with several DH runs.

Shame they have closed off section 6 & 7 for maintenance :(

Did Dalby Forest yesterday with my new Gore gear cables. Which are amazing the shifting was quick, crisp and consistent, I'd recommend them to anyone!

My legs were agony on the second run, serves me right for going to the gym yesterday :)

I did see a guy in a black and green top, whether it was you i don't know. I was wearing a blue adidas rugby top if thats of any use.

New stuff would be great, and yeah it was a shame 6 & 7 was closed. I loved all the other sections i did though. I didn't fall up, but i did have to put my feet down to stop myself quite a few times.

I was very aware of slowing people up too, so anyone coming up behind me i just let past. It was much quieter by the second run though, and didn't really need to do that.

Shame i didn't see you there, i need some serious lessons :(
