:D :D :D

LOVE the trance Andi, enjoy the ride dude - you wont believe how versatile that bike is. Was one of the bikes on my shortlist!

ps: Fluff it, I decided that I cannot skimp out too much on the Mbuzi spec, so it's changed to

Wheelset: Stans NoTubes ZTR Fllow on Hope Pro 11 Gold Hubs
Crankset: Shimano XT 09 (m770 I think)
Chaindevice: e.thirteen LG1 in white
Chain: KMC in gold

Going to build the colour scheme over time to Green/Gold/White - same as the South African Rugby team colours... me being a dirty Saffa and the bike being Saffa 'n all

campag? That's [spits] road bike components. With XTR you can "double tap" gears to shift 2 gears at once and also shift by moving the lever up or down aka thumb/finger.

You are excused to enjoy your 21st to it's fullest :D

I can't say for sure on the rear mech, as far as I know the newer shimano stuff has a 1:1 ratio like sram so wouldn't work with the old shimano shifter I'm sending you.

You can pick up Xt brakes(caliper and lever) for £50 but you can't get a set...got a pic of your brakes at the minute?

I saw that, but they weren't assembled, so I thought it would be easier to just get the others :o

If they do match I guess I'll get the shadow since it looks a bit sturdier, and is reduced from a higher price :p

And Happy Birthday! :D

Been up to Lee Quarry today to give it a first thrashing, and by god its good :D

Usually I can't be bothered to face the big climb to go round and do another lap, but I couldn't wait to get back to the top and do the downhill section today. I still ended up pushing back up, because, tbh, I'm still shockingly unfit :D

But coming back down was so, so, so much fun. Ended up pushing back up and downing the last downhill bit 4 times. Best bit was chasing two sheep down the trail :D
