Can anybody please point out the main differences between a jersey labelled as a Downhill one, and a regular cycling one? With the cold months coming up I'm looking at getting a long sleeved cycle jersey but all the ones I've seen + liked seem to be advertised as Downhill.
It's going to be used for MTB'ing btw, not doing downhill but a lot of singletrack stuff etc.

Baggy and no pockets.Sometimes thicker too.

Great ... torn ligaments today
That's gonna ruin my planned trip to Wales next week.
Which jersey are you getting? That's what I was thinking. Really considering one now, providing I can get one that isn't TOO baggy![]()

I have Troy Lee and Fox DH Jerseys and the fit is loose but the sizing is spot on.
I have that one and it looks stunning - I was wearing it today around Cannock. Being long sleeve it's not ideal for hot days (20C+) but the fabric is very comfortable. Not too sure yet, but this has really tickled my fancy. Wanna try one on first though.

I can't remember where I got it from.Where did you get yours? The one I linked only has it in small :\
Also I'm not too bothered about it getting too warm, that's what I want it for tbh. If it's warm I've got plenty of short sleeves I can put on.
Also what's the sizing like? I'm 6'1 with a slim build (Dunno chest measurements).
