Inurys suck, i was off the bike a while when i done my AC joint in my shoulder. Worse feeling ever. Hope ya back on ya bike soon you bike tart

I was runnning late so missed the guys I was supposed to meet :rolleyes:

Spoke to a few people who were on a biking weekend from AFAN.
very busy with the scouts etc.

News about the Inbred... wow - enjoyed it more that the S works.

Im going to Afan next Sunday. Done a random loop today of around 40+ Miles around a few areas so good fun. Makes a change to trail centers

I need a new seat, mine is not very comfortable, (some crappy wtb thing that came with bike). So charge spoon, reviews all say it's good, all say it's comfortable, but it's only £25, what's the catch? and why can I only find one shop selling the normal version, if it's that good, then surely more should sell it.

It isnt, or at least I never got on with it. Go with the SDG Bel Air from Merlin Cycles for £20

I disagree with Burned. I think mine is super comfy!
Cheap, light, comfy... good looking imo, what more do you want?

Tough to answer as they all offered something different. Had a lot of fun at Llandegla and loved Cannock Chase.
