Umm im not too sure.. Few dates been thrown around but nothing set in stone? Wierd thing is my friend ordered a small and it turned up last week! Insane!

Hey 6th - can you recommend any US based e-tailers that are selling the Troy lee D3 lid?
The bat out of hell (Mother in law) is off to the US and will be willing to bring me back two.

The retail here for £450 and over there for $450!!
So i think I want to buy a couple and sell one on to recoup some funds

One place has the Steve Peat or Lucha D2 models for ~80 quid at the moment :P

Anyone got ideas on some semi slicks for a wet tarmac/some gravel commute? Has to fit on MTB rims though.. Would I need new tubes too?

Also, Selle SMP strike TKR - a good idea?
Considering a Suntour suspended seatpost too :o

It has arrived... Better pics to follow

www.chainlove.com

They're one of a bunch of outlets that blow stuff out at cheap prices one item at a time. Lots of chaff with some occasional wheat.
AArrghh damn you for showing me that website.
Spent hours watching various things for sale, then a nice pair of goggles came up for $25 so i went to buy them:
Subtotal: $25
Shipping: $45
Total: $70

:(

Cheers Guys. And yes Supercow i agree, the 88 paint job is stinking. I cant get over how much nicer boxxers are than 40's! So plush and ive got the bottom of the range ones!

Saw someone commuting today on a full DH bike.. looked a nice one too. Mad.

Anyway, got my commute kit coming - SKS 65mm MTB chromoplastics, with 2.0 Schwalbe Big Apples.

Should make my bike a bit more comfy for the trips on the road than with big knobbly tyres and no guards..

Yea, wasn't just referring to the paint job, but to the spec as well, the Boxxers are great... if you make sure you had them looked at before you go ride... just in case Mr Factory worker was stoned at the time of assembly :p

Apprently they are the Gen 2 forks so *hopefully* no problems. But it'll all be fixed on warranty anyways. There aint much difference in spec between the two. Main things are the forks and rear shock. Cranks on mine are 40grams heavier, wheels are the same. Rear mech and shifter lesser models and the brakes.. Nothing to write home about. I changed the bar and stem straight away to 780mm Boobar and Direct Mount sunline. Ill be cutting the bars down to a better size soon
