Thanks for the link, i'll check those out :)
The trails we did were a mixture of 60% of the rough, up and down off road stuff and 40% gravel tracks.

Next time you go make sure you ride "follow the dog" its only a 7 mile loop so nothing too strenuous. It's a great mix of long sweeping single track, with plenty of variety and some nice tight technical sections. Not quite on par with some of the Welsh trails but the best riding you will get in the Midlands.

Been out today on the Big Hit. Went to Cwmcarn. Had a few trys of different sections and a play on the free ride part of the course to get used to the bike, then gave it a full run down the course. Bike held up well and i picked a few wrong lines, but managed to get some good parts in and some awesome air! :D

Heres my cousins bighit hes had for a while.

The dodgy rear brake hoes routing is only because the hose is sooo short. :o

surprised hes not put his foot through that yet :p

He hasnt ridden it enough to do that really. He had it built up a few months ago but yesterday was his first time out with only me and we had a good laugh.

NEED to change the oil in his forks/get new ones as they are dire. :(

that bike is smoking, size of the front forks are amazing, mines are tiny compared to those...

What sizes of front forks does everyone have?, ill get me ruler out tomorrow!

Could anyone recommend me a decent front light for around £100?, thats if £100 will get anything decent. Ideally with the battery in the light its self but if thats not possible then it doesn't matter. Also i would prefer a single light instead of a dual setup i keep seeing, or maybe a dual light but in one unit if that makes sense.

I don't ride on the road much and ride around my local res at night and its pitch black. I don't want to fall in as it looks really cold lol. I have a Cateye led light at the moment which is OK but id just like to get something decent that lights the area up a bit better.

Junior T's? eeeeww tbh :p

Yuh tbh.......they work....in the way that.....they move but have too fast rebound and plough through the travel. I wouldnt say they are dire but they work ok for what they are designed for.

MY boxxer races feel.....overdampened(that a word?) as in they are hard to go down and come up quite slow compared to juniors.
