My riding friend pickup up this today to replace his Intense Tracer. I had a quick demo down some trails and it rides so smooth and feels really planted.

That bike is quite sexy......not sure on the design of the fork though. The bike is like art and the fork seems industrial.

Got my bighit in bits justnow.....getting the main frame bolts out is a PITA!

that enduro looks wicked, whats up with the pedals tho?

Spds......but the crank brother eggbeater.....supposed to the best pedal on the market, apparently.

My new build as of a couple of hours ago,now in bits....reading for cleaning.

yeah im with you, the bike is very nice but i really dont like the look of or see the point in dual crown forks on xc or all mountain type bikes, even if they do only weigh 3.5lbs

Personally i would put some fox 36's on it! Maybe even 32's depending on how the head angle would end up.

Rock shox totem/lyric/domain could maybe work aswell.

Thinking of changing the big hit frame for a Giant Glory, what you guys think of them? Any other frames around the £1k mark i could look at?

Oh, forgot to update. Had my first race yesterday. Couldnt put a good run together. First timed run i messed up on a load of sections. Second run hit a tree :(. Wasnt myself, been tired lately and just couldnt pedal the bike. Nevermind, had a good day. Also got to see Marc Beamont race.. Ive seen some lines on the track but that man can just glide over everything. He done the fastest run of the day by a good 10-20 secs!

I had a hardrock, weighed too much for my liking.

The grips are terrible too.

I changed the wheels/tyres, got a lot of weight taken off it.

Nice bike though.

Yes she is lardy indeed! But thats not really a problem for now as i'm trying to get my fitness up anyway. The weight helps. :p

Once I am a bit fitter and the tyres are worn I will get some light weight kevlar tyres on and possible swap out some other heavy bits.

Max speed so far 32 mph and best average on a XC run is 11.3 which I did today. Up from 9.6 average when i first got the bike!

P.S. I do normally run the proper saddle height but I was jumping in my back garden on a rickety diy ramp when those pictures were taken. I'm not taking any risks with my nads lol. :D

When i jump on my bike i either put it all the way down or take it off too :)

Didnt once and regret it.

A part of me regretted it too!

Got saint brakes,X9 gearing,pg990 cassette and pc 990 chain...saint cranks already.

Thinking of getting a white diety bar and stem.

Where did you get that style rear end from? As it looks similar to my frame, just a 26inch rear wheel.

I'd give it a nice covering of helicopter tape, keeps it looking nice :p.

If i get it sprayed i wanted to cover it in that tape.....can you tell its there? Does the dirt sit on edges.....tape turn coloured because of the dirt?
