I heard it was crap.....Free pass that you had to pay for parking with....lack of riding etc.

yep, complete wast of £18.50 and £8 to park!!!
Was only there for 2 hours n most about 30mins of that was spent waiting for some dirt jumping to start. The supposedly 100s of bike companies stands was in reality about 30 at most, if that actually n took all of 30 mins to looks around.
The 4x was a absolute joke, not even 4x as the leaflet i got claims. Was just 2 guys pedaling in a straight line of about 3 cars lenght over a tiny fun box to the finish. A short sprint with 2 people is not 4x in my eyes

All in all was very disappointed with the whole thing, wish id have just gone out riding, though the dirt jumping was pretty good.

You know for some reason, I always said and read it as "bight" when I first started riding

lol a bit like me with "commencial" instead of commencal < that sounds weird though.

My bighit has the BETD 26" back end with the 12mm bolt through. :D Will be interesting to see how it rides compared to my cousins with the standard 24".

Obviosly not the best pic but thought id get it up on this thread while reapplying the Bomber decals.
Rides really well and just came back from Coed-y-brenin. Did the MBR & Beast which was hard!

although you cant see, its Hollowtech 2 LX cranks and XT V brakes with XT front derailier. Bomber MX comp 2006 btw.
A bit of a difference from the bike on page 5 of this thread.

I did the beast in November. Man is it madness or what??? Climbs that go on forever and double black diamond downhill!!!! I would recommend that
anyone into MTB should try Coed-y-brenin at least once.
