I've only seen a few videos of people messing about on them. Do you mean RJ? I'll check out more videos, mostly been reading reviews.

This is a slippery slope

Anything involving bikes, money and shiny things is a very slippery slope of which there is no escape ;)

Jake TheGardenSnake sells the Grom even better than RJ :p

No need for a stand either, looks like you can just lift the thing with one hand while lubing the chain with the other.

Me and my dad lifted the KTM Duke together and load it onto a Mercedes Sprinter, no one thought about getting a ramp. :p

Apart from having a hard time finding a good thing to grab it by, it wasn't that heavy. :p

Sat in the office grinning like a **** because the sun is pouring in through the window, my lid is on my desk and I know the bike is sat outside waiting for a good thrashing on some nice dry roads on the way home :D
Just wish I'd packed my nice thin summer gloves in my bag, always nicer than wearing my winter ones for a spirited ride.

I went out for a 3 hour lunch break at the local mountain pass.

It was the first ride for months and I feel great!

Same :D :D can't wait.

Although not this evening as I have things to do, but the rest of the week is looking awesome.

The roads were just wet enough to mess up my good cleaning work over the weekend this morning though :p

Loving my carnauba wax though. The dirt just slips off and it's back to looking like it's just been waxed after I wash with sdoc on the awkward/tougher bits and meguiars soap after.

Just need my brother to get his Bonneville back so I have a riding buddy again!

Ahhh, it was great to get back out on the bike... ooh pretty mountains! Uh oh, snow on the road!

Pretty sure a clay bar gets rid of the imperfections/road tar etc on your paint - i.e. if you run your hand over the paint some of it will feel rough, a clay bar makes it smooooooth ;)

Pretty much this, removes any ingrained muck so it doesn't get stuck under the wax.

I know this SV, it was involved in unclaimed incident. I'll pass on it
The guy selling it is Polish, you can call him and see for yourself. :p

So I can see from the FB profile he posted the ad from, bit daft not to just be honest about the dings considering the photos are right there.

Yep, I'm most likely going to buy http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201602181162739 and its very likely I'll be buying a car again. :p

That's the current plan, no point in spending loads on first 'big' bike, right? This one looks better than some of the newer SV's out on there...

I'm not a fan of the curvy but that's purely personal preference on the looks, I don't even want to think how much I've spent on doing little bits here and there since owning mine.

Then again I've got no need for anything fancier so it's a keeper for me, I think about something with some more power and then remember it's already very easy to look at he speedo and be doing 85 in places I really shouldn't be so for the health of my licence it'll do :D it happily munches 200 M way miles and is plenty of fun through the bends so what more do I need.
