I've never ventured up the way on the bike usually just end up heading over to Wales, I remember it being pretty nice from the few times I was around the lakes as a kid.

It's really nice mate - the views are really nice too! Some of the hills are mad steep, it's all fun.

Need to adjust my chain later, found out that it was way too tight when I got in yesterday... Hopefully it hasn't damaged anything.

Here's how the bike is looking so far.

Extras I've added are:

Evotech tail tidy
Evotech blanking plates
Rizoma levers
Evotech oil and air rad guard
Puig sports screen
Akropovic decat headers
Power commander 5 + auto tune
New battery

Stock end can for now until my Austin racing exhaust bracket arrives, cancelled the sc project order too.

Next week I'm having it put onto a rolling road for tuning.

Has anyone here been to Infinity Motorcycles Farnborough? A colleague was telling me they have some prices on last seasons gear that are quite a lot cheaper than other places. Can anyone let me know if this is true or not?

Looking good @Clov!s . How come you have auto tune and also going for dyno?

Not sure about special pricing, but I went to my local Infinity the other day and their selection is really decent and they actually have high end stuff like Daytona and Rukka which is nice.

I believe they also price match. They do on their website anyway.

Hmm not sure, I guess a proper dyno map would give better results. I'm not sure if the auto tune will then mess with the map? Or it might be better as then the auto tune can keep on top of small environment/weather/etc. changes.

Personally, I think it looks the dogs ******. I wish I could ride one, and afford one. Sadly, I have neither. :(

Single life and no luxury items to pay for plus a huge wage helps :p

Looks good... apart from the screen perhaps? I've never been a fan of screens on naked bikes though.

Helps massively though, 3 figures is a breeze, no neck strain at all.

Needs that front brake res replacing with a nice Rizoma unit.

Who was it who got one from Ali express?

Austin racing bracket turned up today, doesn't fit :( direct from AR too.

It's a good job you're not riding around Europe with that exhaust!

You wouldn't make it very far through Switzerland, France, Germany or Austria!

The bike looks great though, apart from the screen. The stock S1000R screen is magic, somehow it deflects the air just as well as a larger one so I guess it was properly engineered in a wind tunnel. Try the stock one out.

The pops when you let off the throttle are savage :D I'll setup my gopro on Friday and get some footage.

I'll have a look at the screen, this one is great though, may not look the part but does it's job brilliantly.

Bad news about the exhaust bracket, don't know what to do now.

May need to get one custom made or buy a universal one and hope it fits.
