Bet your neighbours love you :D

Haha I'm sure they do! :D I'll get some better footage this weekend.

Can anyone recommend a motorcycle hoodie? I want a light comfy hoodie that I can wear to work, saves me carrying my big textile jacket.

I see alpinestar do a ce approved Kevlar hoodie for £149 which is waterproof and has abrasive protection.

Just checked street view, it becomes a 30 just before I'd turned onto it. I was too distracted by the bike refusing to pop up into 2nd and instead grinding away so it was freewheeling on the clutch after I'd accelerated so probably around 40

They usually have the speed kit pointing out the back then either CCTV or even a bloke with a notepad sat in the front to grab your plate on the way past. If I'd thought about it at the time I'd have turned into a side street before I got to the van and hid for a while :D

*Emerges with plastic bag over plate* :p

Usually those vans are front facing or do you think they grab all sides? Always wondered if they have a front facing thing to grab bikers plate as they go past. They might have been on a doughnut break - good luck!

I have seen them mounted back and front in the middle of the console and **** inside :D

Tried to capture the sound but it's deafened by my phone and the noisy engine.

High possibility I got caught by a scamera van tonight, balls.
A few times I went flying past a camera van and nothing ever came in by post. :p Fingers crossed it'll be the same for you ;)

Did you cover your plate with your toes? :p

I rode my Dad's scooter in today (Peugeot Tweet RS 125) - It was actually quite fun like a pushbike with an engine :D
The brakes though, scared the life out of me (I usually brake hard and late if I can) the brakes are awful! Though, £4 to fill it up can't be bad.

I am however a @Diddums today. ;)

I wouldn't reach it lol, 03-05 with silver frames have a longer wheelbase, the rear is higher too. Even though, I'm nearly 6ft2... I wouldn't reach it lol. It was the speed and the fact it was on A/B roads, he wouldn't be able to get my plates.

Oh and for London, scooters are amazing fun. Yes on the open road there's no replacement for displacement but here in the congestion charge zone, you can't beat a zippy lil 125 scooter.
