Blackberry 9900/9930

If the Internet browsing on the 9000 is decent compared to my iPhone than I migh get one. Just worried if I'll be able to get used to the smaller screen having been used to an iPhone screen size for 3 years

Web browser of the new 9900 compared to the iphone4 and Nexus S...

Getting better and much better browsing than previous BB's.

There you go a browser shootout:)...its not that far behind the iphone4 and Nexus S...much better than the previous BB's but then web browsing for me on BB's arent that important as i have my playbook with me and if worse comes to worse, i just use my iphone4 to browse the net if need be. But looking at the video above...it does seem much better than before.

If the screen size bothers u that much then go for the Torch 9810 or the 9850/9860 which is the all touch BB.

Thank for the link Spawn. I've seen the video and the browsing looks very good, it's just the screen size I'm worried about. I might go for the 9810 Torch 2 but I want a bit of a change from an iPhone and a Bold seems the way to go for me. I'll have a play on the 9000 next time in town and if I think I can live with the slightly smaller screen size then I'll go for it

Heads up that TopCashBack are doing £131 off ANY contract with Vodafone if you preorder in the next couple of days, taking my £46 a month contract with £99 up front down to £520 for the entire 12 month term, hardware included.

That's the sim free price of the phone. :D

Aaand I've ordered. Roll on tuesday :D

Has your cashback tracked yet? :)

Early impressions of the E7 camera (which is like the 9900 camera) are actually quite good. It's a bit odd not having auto focus but the pictures seem to turn out quite well.

I'd imagine the BB one will still be inferior to the Nokia sensor but I wouldn't be too alarmed just yet :p

Out of interest, what's the difference between the 9900 and the 9930? I've Googled it but every site seems to refer to them as if they're the same thing.

Is one the European and one the US/Canadian release of the same device?

Just ordered the BlackBerry Bold 9900 £36pm + £139 (12 Month contract , 600 Mins , Unltd texts , 500 MB mobile internet data) and it includes 2GB BT Openzone Wi-Fi access + BlackBerry Internet Service.

Is the 2GB BT openzone wi-fi access one off or every month? Not too bothered but nice to have if it is monthly.

Rumours are that Orange will be releasing the 9900 around aug 17th but will only be free on tariffs £45pm...£150 on lower tariffs.

Dont know if this is true or 100% confirmed, just passing info on from crackberry where someone has posted some info about it.

Dont shoot the messenger:p

Christ, some of the network prices for this are ludicrous. Have Apple bought RIM overnight or something, how did I miss that?

:p
