Not really, especially as you need to drive to work in something else to swap cars every day. For a business tool an M3 seems completely bizarre.
For most of those 20k business miles it's the same place to be as a 320d and thus not as nice a place to be as a 520d.

well you dont buy an m5 expecting focus running costs
It seems quite random to be 'offered' an M5 especially at such a price for a 13 plate. What are the circumstances here? Presumably it's out of warranty?
It's a friend who has offered it to me before he takes it for trade in at a dealer.
Is anybody using BMW connect on a Pixel phone? In able to send destinations to the car but have been unable to use the app to locate the car - keep getting an 'unable to establish connection' message. Phoned BMW up and was told to update the services in the car and reinstall the app but had no luck. They then told me to take it into the dealer and ask them to look at it but all they done was phone BMW and have said maybe the phone isn't compatible.
Seems odd to me if that is the case that the car can receive addresses but the app can't locate the car.

The 'Find BMW' never worked on the iOS app for me.
Just punched in a random M5 into WBAC, same age and miles and it's coming up as £27.5k.
I know it's hardly conclusive but £30k seems about right?
I guess there's no point in me paying for the remote services then if it's not going to work.
I think it's a rather large waste of money, I found exchanging the yearly fee for copious amounts of red & white wine was infinitely preferable
Lock/unlock and headlight flash always worked. As did send to car from Google Maps which is super useful.
Once BMW removed the ability to add speed cameras to their satnav systems I stopped using that and just do everything via waze - poo poo heads
