BMW and M Power Owners

What exactly was the 200 quid for? Your expert counsel?
Looks like it (although *** knows why!) Gift horse & mouth & all that, I'm not going to say no. Edit: I'll wait & see if I actually see the £ first mind!

This is why I wondered just what - given you thought it cheap - it books at?

He's seen an opportunity, I thought it in getting a late plate BMW on his drive cheaply, it looks like he's seen a quick few grand.

@Scania ah okay. can't really say because i've never tried the m-sport suspension.
my last car had the standard suspension and my current has the adaptive suspension that's 99% of the time always in comfort mode - which is imo softer than the standard suspension

I have owned an F10 530d both with and without M Sport suspension. There are almost no downsides to the M Sport suspension, the ride is not harsh and the handling is noticeably improved.

The only reason I can see to pick a Luxury is if they are usefully cheaper.

The handling is improved partly (if not fully) by being firmer, goes with the territory does it not?

it’s not a huge difference, sure, but it’s definitely not the smoother of the two, the M-Sport I mean.

I didn't say it was the smoother or the two, however the difference is simply nothing like enough to be worth avoiding the M Sport suspension. I am particularly fussy about ride quality and I find it great.

Agree with that for sure, the luxury is certainly softer though - albeit not by a huge margin - that was my only point, without questioning your view either.

The only people who dont buy the m sport are boring old foggies who just want the badge or cheapskate posers who just want the badge.

Anyone ordered off Royal Steering wheel? Have read great reviews for them so put in a an order for an early christmas present :D

I thought all m sports used the same springs regardless of engine until you got to the performance models and I doubt the difference is that noticable on suspension from 160kg extra...

I do.

What was the fully loaded spec then? Reversing camera and upgraded stereo? No pano right ;)
Panoramic roof you mean? It has that option, yes , along with cameras, pro Nav, Hk audio amongst others.

I don't doubt it. I just would like to know how. Sounds like a lucrative thing to do.
If you drop on something like that and have the spare cash to bag it then yes.

On the F30, at least, M Sport models with xDrive utilise the SE suspension, hence observations of 'looking like it is on stilts' and comments about over-soft handling.

Just bought a Vgate iCar Pro adapter and Bimmercode software. Brilliant bit of kit for £22. Software isn't cheap at £30.99 but I used my Google Rewards money to pay for it. I wish I knew about this sooner. The DVD in motion coding is great to keep children quiet!
