BMW and M Power Owners

They've made the grill on the 7 Series big too, and the new X5 and X7. Apparently not a lot of Europeans like it, but the Chinese have respond positively to ostentatious chrome filled front ends. It's a car styled to sell well in China because they don't like the subtle designs that most European's do.
That makes sense for the 7/X7, but not so much for the 4. The 4 doesn't seem like a great fit for the Chinese market where most are driven, not drive.

I'm not sure most Chinese (myself excepted of course) would want to own any car with a "4" in the name.
Superstition and all that malarkey.

I hope other brands don't follow (I know they do already but hopefully it's a fad)! I can see why they would but still. Surely there's a better way to style them in?

Errrrrm, how is her foot touching the ground? Photoshop much.

Just picked up a G20, really nice place to be and looking forward to putting some miles on it.

Got the tech pack, so HUD, wireless charging, HK audio and gesture control.

Very nice, though nothing says 320d quite like taking the badge off the back :p

Oh yes! Too many miles a year and need to maximise the mileage expenses. :pAlthough with the weight saving and ZF, it is brisk enough even in 320d form to be fair.

AC in the i3 smells like vinegar.
CC is rarely used now that I've been working from home since mid-March, and usually stick it in Eco Pro (no AC) as I'm just pootling to the shops and back.

Car is kept in a garage so no risk of dead animals.. what else could it be? What should I do?

Called BMW Insured Warranty who gave me my login details. just purchased a comprehensive warranty excluding roadside assistance (covered by my Nationwide account), with £100 excess for £440. Dropping the excess to £0 the price was £620, so I’m betting that I won’t be claiming more than twice a year. Increasing the excess to £250 made the price £339, so betting that I will be claiming between once and twice a year. Happy with the price, budgeted for around £500. Hope I’ll never have to use it! This is for an E89 Z4 35i.

Side and rear are just as you would expect, handsome enough. The front is overly fussy, nasty.

I really wish BMW could return to the conservative principles they clearly had when they designed the E46. Everything was just right. Now it’s over the top, not because it makes it look prettier but just to make a statement.
