Those air performance wheels are quite neat (functionally) wonder if will sit nicely as an option to drop a car in tax band by CO2. Also has an option for recording video for dashcam like Tesla. Just not full Sentry mode.

There is a new LCI 6 series GT - is this not coming to the UK?

A sadly misunderstood car, my dad loves his and can't think of a better car for his needs.

Real shame that the LCI 6GT is being dropped in the UK, and it appears that it won't be getting a new version after this. Absolutely love my 6GT but it appears that there were only 230ish sold in the UK over the last 3 years so can understand why it's been withdrawn! Looks like I'm going to have to consider the 7 as it's replacement.

Fantastic build, but the cost involved not to mention the devaluation (I can't see that maintaining its book value or it appreciating) of the base car seems a bit pointless, surely all things considered he could have simply bought something far better in the first place?

Fair play though for having the will and ability to do it.

That's actually it?! Jesus, I just can't believe someone with working eyes made that. Think how many people had to rubber stamp the design of the front of the car before it was finalised and none of them put their hand up and said "It's a bit ******* ugly isn't it?"

The first thing I think of when i see the front end is chipmonk or that girl from that old cartoon "Recess" who had the massive front teeth.

I'm not sure that's entirely fair.....on Bangle!

Bangle's designs were a little bit out there, but they were never downright ugly, just a bit odd at times.

They've made the grill on the 7 Series big too, and the new X5 and X7. Apparently not a lot of Europeans like it, but the Chinese have respond positively to ostentatious chrome filled front ends. It's a car styled to sell well in China because they don't like the subtle designs that most European's do.
