BMW and M Power Owners

Ah yeh I thought that was just the stock key on their fancy cars, not optional? Pointless thing when smart phones exist.

Its a massive key fob with a colour display on it
A backwards step IMO, who wants that massive lump hanging around in their pocket the whole time. Not once have i ever wished for yet another smart device in my pocket. If manufacturers wish to load us with all of this superfluous technology, it should be via smart phone apps so at least we can use the (better) device which we already carry.

IMO only of course, i dislike most smart devices bar a phone.

ive been looking at a BMW 1 series for my next car, If im correct (from google) LEDs became standard from 2015 ?
im only looking at a petrol 1.2/1.4 engines Automatic

Did they do any good lights pre facelift ?

@NVP off piste, but do you still have your 530d? How has that thing been treating you lately? I thought of your troubles the other day as i was fixing yet another LED light on my X3. Not the best built these (F-gen, at least) BMWs, IMO :p (I like the cars a lot, but i do find their build very questionable!)

Don't ask... Still got the drivetrain fault popping up at 2k but now I've noticed the power sort of stagnating above 4k in 3rd and 4th which is new... oh **** and worst of all I got a light on telling me my washer fluid is low  Can't bring myself to sell it with how much I've spent on it and how competent a family car it is... I'm an idiot I know. *it's a 535d with 700lb torque :D (I cant recall the bhp)

ive driven one, found it to be the best car i had ever driven

i had one for 2 weeks
I like you. What config did you drive? Do you know what gadgets you found useful?

iirc, it was a 118d
had front and rear parking sensors, was an automatic
had sport mode etc, which was fun :)

i know what gadgets id want in my head

The turbo in the 118d behaves quite a bit differently to those in the petrol models although I've not driven those 1.2 or 1.4 engines but I know they're not like bmw petrol of old so suggest taking a drive of those engines before making the choice.

Spec and led lights wise Fox is your man :)
