Yeah you can get drill attachments. **** manual labour.
I get you but I have a special connection with the v10 m5 and want to build my BMW collection as a personal thing not purely for investmentApparently only 300 odd sold in the UK so scared they're going to shoot up soon...
Did this today, my exhaust was pretty similar and it's now looking good again, think the drill bit was just over £2 from tool station. Autosol is good stuff!
That's not the question you asked though; if you have a personal love for the car then why not. If you were buying it purely for long term investment, then there are plenty of better cars to put your money into. If you can't do it now then just keep an eye on the market until you can. Just a point to note, there aren't many modern BMW's that are "collectors" cars, and the E61 was massive produced so it's unlikely to be a highly desirable model a la CSL, 1M etc.
just a small wire brush type?

Can anyone tell me where professional nav gets its traffic info from? Is the traffic datait as accurate as google maps? Also does that require connected drive and a paid subscription once the initial 3 years had passed?
That'll tighten the car up a right treat if you just get those for now. New shocks aren't too much at all but that can be done as a separate job.
Have you definitely checked that those will fit your car?
The Meyle Bush kit may reduce ride comfort if your car is already a Sport. Why not just replace with Lemforder original?
They're honestly highly unlikely to be any different - I used meyle stuff when I was replacing bushes on .one and it never felt anything other than standard
