BMW and M Power Owners

Picked up a trade in today through a friend - an E93 M3. Never really considered one of these before, having owned an E92 335i in the past I was always led to believe the hard top folding roof was so heavy and killed the handling.... however it's still excellent fun and handles fine for road use as far as I'm concerned.

Best feature is the V8 noise while roof is down, most entertaining :D

phone pics - mineral white rather than alpine it seems. doesn't come out in these pics so well though.

also it needs a good clean....

They are very rare (because I've no idea who in their right mind would have ordered one new when they are already replaced in Coupe form!) but they exist because the E93 didn't come out until 6 months after the E92, in mid 2007. For the same reason there is the odd 07 plate 330Ci too.

Interesting! Were they 2007 built? Or 2006 built / 2007 registered do you know?

Car is now booked in for the wheels to get refurbished and powder coated. Gone with sparkle silver same as I had done on the ST220.

Managed to find the PDR guys number who did my st220 aswell so I can get him to come out and get rid of this dent in the door along with a few little n's around the car.

Still not sure on a full detail. Thought I found someone who would do it for £250 (new car detail) which I read as getting your car to look like a new car, not actually a detail for a new car lol. £450 for a detail on my car. Couldn't pay that, **** that.
