BMW and M Power Owners

Either really, can't go wrong with them. The Phillips are newer iirc, but much of a muchness between either. Had CBIs on the old E46, have XtremeVision on the current. Can't tell difference at night.
 
Urgh, got a fault warning with the pedestrian protection system on my F10 535d this morning. Gotta wait until the end of the month before the dealership can look at it though :(
 
Yeah the CBI's do run pretty pricey, I think I paid £60-80 for the pair when I bought mine and that was the cheapest I could find from a reputable seller.

Amazon do have the xenon versions, I think I paid a bit extra because I had to buy two individual bulbs (they were out of stock of the twin pack, and I hated having only one headlight working :p)

Edit: Also, don't do what I did first and buy the cheapo no brand HID/Xenon bulbs for £12 odd, the difference between those and the Osram/Philips bulbs is staggering.
 
There was a big thing going round over recent years about fake Xenarcs so keep this in mind when buying from Amazon sellers as they may be selling genuine looking fakes. There are various photo comparisons to tell fakes from genuine ones.
 
I bought a ViseeO Tune2Air WMA3000B to plug into my Aux + USB ports under the armrest to give me bluetooth streaming from my iPhone instead of seemingly chasing the impossible and getting it retrofitted. I've been happily driving around for ages with a standard USB cable and 3.5mm jack cable with no issues.

Today I unplugged the USB cable and plugged in the Tune2Air and... nothing :( It looks like my USB socket is broken (the plastic tab seems to be missing). I'm not sure how my USB cable has been working for so long, I just plugged it in and it worked so I never questioned it :(

It does look like it is a separate part, so I should be able to replace it but just how much of the centre console I'm going to have to remove to get at it I don't know :( :(

Edge is currently cheapest on Euro Car Parts, and was on offer at Costco last week but not sure if it still is.

This is interesting - what is it going up from and to?! Did this come out of the blue? What level of cover/excess/emergency service do you have?
