BMW and M Power Owners

I dont see why him wanting something abit nicer than a VW is him buying it for the badge. He was also very interested in a Saab 93.

The C class looks like a good shout.

It's mainly because you cant' really but a "good" premium car with relatively low miles for the money, all your left with is the bottom of the range in terms of engine and at that point there are better cars from other manufacturers.

That and given Audi is just VW with some slightly different trim it's a bit daft being desperate to buy an a4 over say a Jetta with the same engine

The 9-3 is a truly terrible car to spend £8k on. Divide that budget by about 3 and it might be worth thinking about

Because for his budget he's in to last generation or older. If he goes for a none premium car then he's in to much newer lower mileage models.
However you've clearly stated in your previous post that his interests were audi, bmw and Mercedes.

I need a little advice.

Im in the market for an E92 M3. Ill prob go with an AUC one so I get a years warranty. Whats the feeling now about the BMW warranty? Is it worth extending? I used to hear it was very good but has that changed recently?

I extend mine every year for peace of mind, am yet to claim on it but have heard very good things. Think I pay about £800 per year for the top level of cover with a £250 excess.

What range are you looking at? Mine's going up for sale soon...

Every time I get the lawnmower out of the shed to cut the grass I see my destroyed wheel and chuckle a little bit. Keep meaning to try and make something out of it.

Looking for a top spec, well cared for, and extendable BMW warranty. If youre looking to sell soon let me know the spec!

Just keep it as a lesson to yourself! What you looking at getting instead btw?

I have a 2013 1 series with the Pro Nav, I've just updated it to the latest software from BMW's website and figured this would be give me access to the BMW App store, although it looks as though it hasn't.

Is this only present on newer Pro Navs? Would've liked to access Spotify on there etc.

Think you need the 6NR option fitted to access apps

Just about to send you a trust message with details :)

Oh it's not going anywhere, just want to be able to put it somewhere other than the shed! Replacement is still tentative, lots of moving parts that need to come together to make it happen so am keeping it quiet for now :)

The BMW Performance gear knob and a clutch stop are now installed on my E90 330i. The gear changing action is now on its way to being acceptable, just the clutch delay valve to get rid of and a gearbox oil change are left on my list.

I just pay the bill :p I don't argue choices with women, you don't win :)

Quick Q, the dealer says the following were factory options, seems a lot to me to be specced on a 1 series, do you know if these were all options and not standard?, thanks
