Brazilian Grand Prix 2012, São Paulo - Race 20/20

My dream result:

1st: Lewis
2nd: Dont care
3rd: Alonso

Vettel: DNF

I don't particularly like Alonso or hate Vettel... I just think Alonso has been fantastic this year
 
Yeh thats a deal, also how about 80% of the so called fans who post in these threads think a little more before "jokingly" wishing another driver takes Vettel out? Maybe they want the old days back where we had 4 or 5 [sometimes more] drivers killed a year. Maybe that will stop F1 becoming boring for them?

Maybe they are just morons, who knows!

Cant wait for the flame war to begin after this but, frankly dont give a ****. Ive asked to be banned so hopefully this will now happen.

The same lot that wanted Alonso taken out earlier in the season now want Seb taken out so Alonso can win, go figure :)

British trait im afraid, nobody here likes a winner. Same reason Man Utd get so much stick i guess [ and i'm a Arsenal fan! ] Maybe it's just me getting cynical in my old age but anyone wishing 2 drivers to crash at anything upto 190mph is pretty stupid in my opinion or maybe that's what they want to see.

I don't want somebody to crash into Vettel, but a break down or puncture would be nice :p
 
Look the simple way to put it is, not many can stand him. Most would have preferred Lewis,Button,Webber or Kimi to win, It just so happens Alonso is the only one who can deliver so that's where we are.

If the rest of red bull are as childish as yourself right now then you can also see why a lot don't like them either I guess....

Please come down from your high horse and get a grip! Even the most hardened hater of Vettel/Hamilton/Alonso would be absolutely horrified if they got injured in any way, much less killed like you suggest!!! To even bring up that point shows a complete lack of understanding or empathy with being a fan and cheering on your team or driver. Look how united the football world was when Muamba collapsed on the pitch and football is a much more tribal sport than F1.

Yes we like to joke about comedic situations like massa taking out Vettel etc because it is good fun and good banter to speculate on such things.. If push came to shove however 99% of people would HATE to see this happen... Also, lets not forget that such behaviour has been known to happen in F1... Besides, if a driver does decide to 'take out' a rival it is most likely to be done in a relatively 'safe' manner... See Schumacher on Hill and attempt on Villeneuve for examples!

Really, did a opponent run upto Muamba and floor him causing his collapse,no. Kind of ends that argument, taking a driver out safely? Shows your mentality even thinking that is a viable option.

It doesn't end the argument at all. The intent has nothing to do with it, the fact was that Muamba was seriously ill was enough to unite all football fans (regardless of team) in wishing him a speedy recover... Lets take a different example... If Alonso had been seriously injured or killed as a result of the Grosjean crash at Spa do you think Hamilton/Vettel fans would have been doing a celebratory dance? Of course they wouldn't! The season would be ruined and to even suggest they would take satisfaction in it is beyond ignorant.
