BRINK

Anyone whos saying they uninstalling it with barely any play time is simply jumping the bandwagon due to all the negative feedback - and going into it expecting it to be bad, attributing their poor play and lack of understanding of the SMART system (which takes some getting used to) to game flaws. It's not bad at all, just has no lasting factor and some objective/class flaws which become apparent over time. I'm sure if the feedback from those who had already played it was, "it's good but nothing amazing", then the people playing during the free weekend would change their tune to something resembling that.

This game has to be the worst and most regrettable purchase i have made since Two Worlds.

It's actually astonishing just how badly they ****ed this game up.

The game doesn't even register in the top 100 weekly played on steam, On a normal week it has an average 300 people playing (and with 300 people playing it managed to sneak into the list at position 100), Says it all really.

I've been playing this over the weekend, and actually I quite enjoyed it. Something that I will definitely pick up during a cheap Steam sale and play only now and then, but will be a blast of fun nonetheless.

Its actually on steam sale now 50% off. Was actually wondering why so cheap already till i saw a comment here about it being on the brink of death :D

Went from around 6k peak near release date to around 300 people peak to now 10k peak during free weekend promotion.

Its sad as this game did have monumental potential but somehow someone messed it up. I think their biggest mistake was trying to please PC and console crowd at the same time and both were left miserably disappointed.

Started having loads of fun with this last night after switching from engineer to operative.

Kill someone, get disguised, go behind enemy lines, attached sticky grenade to someone, laugh manically, shoot anyone else, watch explosion, eventually die, repeat.

:D

Didn't think it was to bad after deciding to make my own mind up and not listen to the sheep.

I thought it was ok, will be picking it up for £8 think its pretty good for that price. Only thing that lets it down is the movement it feels a bit clumsy.

Not sure why its got such bad feedback, Ive installed/bought a hell of a lot worse.

It's because the developers (Splash damage) have made some legendary games, like Enemy Territory. People got annoyed with ETQW because it didn't "feel" smooth, and in Brink the problem hasn't been solved.

I bought this on launch and tried really hard to like it but it was buggy, unfinshed and unreliable. Now that they've patched it to death its so much more enjoyable, even more so with friends. Is there an OCUK server running for this?
