As someone else said, why would they want to change back? f1 has always been about getting what you can get for yourself. If the FIA had said we need 9 out of 12 then it might have made a bit more sense.

Too right.

If I were Ferrari, I would be fighting tooth and nail to see that the Silverstone specifications are maintained till the end of the season. Even if I had to get the law courts involved, I would do this.

If Alonso has a race winning car for the remaining races of the season, it is still possible for Alonso to win the title race.

There is absolutely no way that Ferrari should roll over, on this.

What's also staggering is that the Brits on this forum seem happy for RBR to walk away with the title. Am I missing something here? Do you guys not want to see a championship battle or is there a German/Vettel lovefest that I was not informed about?

in situations like this I don't care about who's winning. It's a shamble, the rules should never off been changed mid season. As many of us have been saying for two months.

At Goodwood JB was supposed to be in an F1 car but because of it he drove their street car instead.
