British Grand Prix 2011, Silverstone Circuit - Race 9/19

According to Autosport it's Ferrari and Sauber refusing to agree to the Pre-Silverstone spec. They clearly have gained an advantage, how amusing :D

Interesting that yesterday it was Sauber and Williams and I saw an interview with Frank Williams on the subject. Yet today its Ferrari?

Until I hear someone with some weight actually say it it sounds a bit like hit grabbing.

Far more importantly I've got my lunch sorted for today. Meat feast pizza with some extra Pepperoni and Chorizo thrown on top ;)

This!

Sometimes people are gonna come up with a loophole and runaway with it, people need to accept that and keep fighting for all the other places and points.

And I think that the team that found a loop hole should not moan when the FIA close it.

I thought CW only enforced a rule that was already there because teams was taking the pee with it?

Wahoo a normal time race, no flat mate around and no silly night shift. Can actually watch it down stairs on HD.

Love that the woman wouldn't let them in to EJs old house hehe.

Also realised just how wrong the BBC coverage would have been without the chain.

They won't if they havent based their whole car design around it and it was perfectly legal at the start of the season.

This is not a clarification on a rule with a loophole, this is a legitimate driving forward of an existing idea, same with the parc ferme rule changes, FIA are doing this for cynical reasons and teams that had an advantage are right to complain if this changes mid season just to take away their advantage.

Lets hold all the championship in the uk :D

Anyway hello all, wish I was going to this one... Either way 3rs year in a row we've turned up to this gp and gone for some silly controversy (break away races and moving the gp). Should be fun either way

Just enough rain that the track is damp but enough that the FIA will bring out the safety car for 50 laps, perfect. :D

Hopefully it stays like it so we get an inter start and then a race to see who can get onto slicks first. At a guess I'd say button will be among the first of the top runners.

YAY topgear!

Haha I was right yesterday it IS Ferrari protesting the rule changing back, what a bunch of masturbaters.
