To be fair there was a part of the channel 4 build up earlier that mentioned that Lewis finished almost a minute ahead of 2nd in 2007 or 2008 so 2 seconds is pretty good.

Hamilton would have been 3rd or 4th (depending on if he could get passed Verstappen) without the SC. Bottas lost out I think as he would have been a safe 2nd.

2008. Epic race in the typical british summer weather. Totally blew everyone away. One of the best race victories I've ever seen.

7/10 for me. Actually a decent race. Drs was too powerful though. Great to see it so close.

I'll give that an 8/10, loved the scrapping at the end, some very nice overtaking (Verstappen wins that one), incidents, recovery drives, had the lot.
