Thank god reviews come out on the day before. Need to know that the FE can boost just as well as the AIB cards.

Got burnt with the 3090 in that even the Asus strix OC didnt boost any higher than the FE and all depended on the silicon lottery as to whether you got a good chip.

Water cooling whatever card I end up being able to get. Hoping for the FE, but can see that being hard to get (like the others won't be amiright?) Backup option definitely the Asus Tuf and don't amazingly mind which version. What are peoples opinions on build quality of cards like Zotac, Gigabyte and Palit that usually ship in better quantities? For the same price, thinking whether I wait or go with one available.

It's £279 more than the 3090FE at launch. Is £279 the difference between sanity and insanity?
That was just as insane...Since when should a single component be more expensive than a total PC build, it's absolutely ridiculous. People have completely lost the plot, anyone defending or making reasons why this price isn't so bad are the reason we are where we are.

Did Nvidia confirm if locked to 450W yet? Seems a shame to WC a locked down card. Couldn't adjust the power limited on 3090TI FE at all etc.

there was a leak showing 616w power draw under furmark, not sure if it was FE card under water or something

It is strange how they hard locked the FE 3090Ti to 450w where as the 3090 FE could be adjusted from 350w to 400w , in fact every 3000 series FE could be adjusted apart from the 3090 Ti
