I don't think it's wrong of a large telecomms company to post estimated completion dates. Dates always slip, no matter what the industry. At least they are letting you know that your exchange is planned.
You've spammed the forum but you haven't picked up on the holding dates? Wow. Do us all a favour and go with Virgin Media.
