Yeah me too. Attainable is still 79mbit. Only syncing at 65mbit. I want my extra 10mbit!!

BT Customer Service continue to be rubbish. I phoned to upgrade to Infinity 2 at the weekend (website would not let me). I was told I would get an email confirmation and can track the order online. My activation date was 30/04/2012.
Been checking the tracking for last few days and it said I had no order. So I sent them an email to complain. They lost my order. Created a new order today and activation is now 26/04/2012 and it now appears on Track an Order.

So through their own rubbishishness I've got infinity 2 sooner!

Anyone had problems with getting FTTC activated? I was supposed to get it today but Openreach told my ISP there was a "technical issue" with my cabinet.

Guesses at what that might be?

No free ports left maybe.

Saying that with BT/OR a "technical issue" could mean they forgot about your installation and made something up.

I requested the upgrade to the faster Infinity earlier today - at the cost of renewing my 18 month contract. Estimated speeds say 72mb. Looking forward to trying it out

They should be installing BT Infinity 2 here at my house on friday. Hopefully better than their option 2 internet. Ill post my speeds here

Cruelly it looks as though Llanelli is going to get it first in Phase 9b which covers up to spring 2013.
