Move to a better ISP if you're out of contract, pref someone with their own network.

My contract situation is a tricky one, BT ELC changed my pricing. BT customer service say I'm in contract until June but it's all greyed out with an error, so someone higher up will need to sort it. I know I'm out of contract as I have been with them for 4 years

So what ISP do people recommend? SKY are having local exchange issues.

I'm on Infinity Option 4 - FTTH (300MB down) ... but at peak times it's nothing even close to that...

Yep, but for me much longer. Call after call and the guy one the phone said there is nothing they can do and live with it. NOPE! I just won't be paying the bill.
