I just ran a ping to that ip address and had no issues.

Looking good, all that lovely bandwidth, I'm just download the Internet ;)

I was trying to do the same, 275MB update to DAI was under a minute!! I'm almost tempted to delete the whole game and watch it download again !! I downloaded it originally at 6Mbps. It took ages.

Andi.

Anyone's showing up as ur? Doing me head in this is as all others in my area are live

Man they don't half handicap torrents. Using steam or origin, absolutely flawless, torrent anything, legal or not, and it crawls.

Not seen any traffic management in aaaages. AFAIK aggressive management is only used on exchanges with capacity issues and that kind of thing and every one else has gradual soft management based on the overall traffic levels.

I'm having the same problems, webpages not loading and getting randomly disconnected from game servers for 20-30 at a time for no reason.

There is a massive thread on the BT community forums about it, hope it gets sorted fast.

well BT infinity is truly *****D around the country. everyone noticing packet loss and sites just hanging but BT don't know nothing about the problem! I rang up support before and got no where basically said there is nothing they could do!
they know the problem just cannot admit it! look at the BT infinity support forum lots of people complaining about the same issue!

This is mine over wireless adapter upstairs, were on the 76mb Infinity package

They're a complete joke to be honest, looking around other fibre providers forums they aren't having the same issues so it looks like not everything is the same as BT. It's tempting me to switch to be honest.

Speedtests are fine, but that's not the issue.

The performance issues I was seeing seem to have improved in the last day or so. Following a suggestion someone made on the BT forums about powering everything off for an extended period (they said an hour) I powered off the router and modem completely and left them off over Wednesday night. Since then things appear to have been greatly improved. Previously just rebooting the router had made no difference.

I knotice BT have the Home Hub 5 on sale now for £70, is there any reason to upgrade to it from a Home Hub 3?

Im using ethernet for the Pc's so primarily I care about that more than wireless performance.

Think i paid 45 for mine when it first came out, kept it 2 week then sold it, rubbish bit of kit.

This is getting quite bad now. More often than not I get 'unable to connect' to known working websites and have to retry 4/5 times to get it to load....

They better fix this crap!

Everything was working splended untill a few days ago!

Yup my BT fttc has been awful for the past 2 days. Speeds test fine but pages won't load the odd time and online gaming is unplayable
