Escalate it either via your ISP or you can do it to Openreach directly.Need some help holding Openreach’s hand to guide them through what I hope is a simple process. I’ve got FTTP (currently with Sky) and have had for the past year and a half. Openreach say I don’t and have sent four engineers round, each of whom have confirmed that I do have FTTP. For whatever reason, Openreach still insist there’s no install in the house! What do I need to tell the fifth engineer to do to get Openreach to update their records? Cause the engineers don’t have a clue…
You'll need to setup PPPoE authentication on the Deco. BT don't care what username and password you use as long as there is a username and password. Once that's done you should be up and running.

Just got an email from OR saying that my house has been added to the build plans for FTTP. Huzzah!
Though it's vague, I assume it means i'll get FTTP in a few years lol.
I bet you’ll get the opposite email in a week giving you a rough estimate for availability, like I did.Just got another email from OR...

Good luck with their customer service.Anyone had any experience with Shell? They currently have 900/100 at £45.99, with £175 voucher, 6 months credit and £93.50 cashback.

just had a call off OpenReach saying they'd "fixed my internet issues" and that the ONT would probably just need a reboot. Guessing the Aquiss connection will be alive soon enough, as it's already showing my static IP, username and password, and partial circuit information in the customer portal.I feel your pain, I got the same exact email a month or so ago.
Static IPv4 (/29 if you pay a small amount extra). What makes Aquiss so good? compared to BT

It would depend on any issues that arise during the build I'd guess , Mine took 4 months.Hi - i recently received an email from Openreach to say my property has been added to the build programme ultrafast full fibre - which is great cos my current connection is not great.
I have noticed a lot of work going on installing new cables and large green junction boxes in the local area over the last couple of months.
my question is, what’s a guesstimate from this installation work to full fibre being avail to order ? - the email from openreach they are just in the planning stage for my area.
thanks in advance
