I remember that day! I had decided to take a jacket that turned out not to be waterproof! My friend and I spent the day absolutely soaked and shivering on the inside of druids! It was quite interesting to see some of the support races in the rain actually, seemed to make the Clio cup even more chaotic than usual!
Edit: Just realized that day was the the final round in 2012! Wow, time flies...

And yet I remember I think ti was the final round in 2011 sat in the grandstand at paddock hill in early october in shorts and t shirt getting burnt and sweating my **** off!

Which grandstand did you go for? I went to the season finale last year and got tickets to Hailwoods, which I thought had to be the best VFM - big screen opposite too.
Bloody wet and cold by the end though - it was way darker than the TV cameras made out!

Was Priaulx on the sorts? I saw Collard get past, but then he just went backwards from there and I didn't see how, was it at Druid's?

I'm not really used to spectating at Brands but the cars sound awful (They're loud but it's a very unpleasant noise). Is it a feature of the acoustics here or have they changed since last year?

Different parts of the track. This is the first time I've spectated from the south bank and they sound naff along the straight after Graham Hill bend, however they sound decent enough up into Druid's.
They're not great sounding anyway to be honest, just loud.
