After a very poor first race, the 2nd was a bit of a stunner. The weight and tyres killed Collard massively, I don't think anyone expected that level of performance drop. Plato Platoed himself for once and what a battle at the front towards the end.

Wonder how Plato managed to bin it. Those softs are crap on the BMWs, Collard went backwards ridiculously fast.

I hate watching any event on the Indy circuit. The people in the housing estate should just be told to "**** off" and run the full track. Would make for a much better race.

LOL at the whiny git who finished 2nd in that Clio race. If he thinks that move was deeply unfair, then heaven help him if he ever makes it into something that isn't a Fisher Price My First Racecar™....

Left front was flat when it came in on the low loader, guessing a puncture

Confirmed by commentators in race 3. Shame as he was doing well.

I have to admit that I left just before the end of race 3 as my feet were ridiculously cold.

Not seen the interview. Yet. However I was at Brands, and I've raced Ash online.

I'l be careful what I'm typing. My opinion is that he's very quick, and very talented. However, there's a couple of character traits to work on. The stunt he pulled on the "cooldown" lap was dangerous, but not unexpected.

Yeah, that interview with the 2nd placed finisher in the Clio cup was a bit cringe-worthy... If I were to play devils advocate I would have said his reaction was down to losing it on the last corner on the last lap... Clio Cup is comparable to touring cars in terms of action so maybe a career path into tin tops isn't quite recommended for him!
