Building my first pc

You're making this harder than it needs to be (as the Bishop said to the...).

The only connections you really need to check it's going to work (and get you into the BIOS) are:-

  1. CPU fan to motherboard CPU header.
  2. Two power connections to motherboard.
  3. Power connections to GPU if required.
  4. Case power switch header.

Worry about everything else once you know it'll boot.

okok lol Right I dont seem to have a speaker wire (orange) that goes next to hdd led and such

On the off chance this is true…

The water cooling boys get things soggy on a regular basis (or so I’ve heard).

If it wasn't powered it'll probably just need a really good clean-up (water and/or alcohol) and plenty of time to dry out. Don’t leave a sticky residue on there (Frankie Howard c.1970).

If it was powered then it’s the same thing, but with less chance of everything working afterwards.

I cant stop laughing to be honest, i have this mental image of a kid or something with a huge pint glass of coke & ice balancing it on the frame whilst he's trying to fit his motherboard in...:D....ahh deary me!!!

Can of Irn Bru? classic! Stickiest stuff about as well, had one the other day and got it all on my hands...

Anyway..your a plonker...yeah take it all apart, lay it out, dry it softly with some clothes, then get a hair dryer (use the cold setting) and go over the top of everything, back and front. It should be fine mate..

I'd suggest fitting the whole thing up outside the case this time round, once everything is checked and working then you can get it in the case n all.
