*******C.A.R.S - Community Assisted Race Sim*********

Even if they do add an Aston Martin on Friday, based on when previous cars have been added, they've been nothing more than placeholders for at least a few builds.

So I'm not getting too excited just yet.

pCARS is now integrated into Steam.

If you have a tool pack then login to your WMD account, look under "my profile" / "about me" for your Steam key.

Activate on Steam in the unusual way.

Only Seniors can use it until its unlocked for all tiers sometime today.

What do you do with the BETA tab, do you have to opt-in to anything?

set it to your member tier if theres a choice? if not leave it

I think they said there would be a choice and if you picked above your tier you wouldn't be able to play because your downloading the manager tiers etc

It's a hell of a lot better than it was a few weeks ago and it's still work in progress so calm down dear

assuming your talking about the sound I find it hard to understand your broken english

lol you think Seems like a quantum leap if its really that good

Are they likely to allow sign ups via steam any time soon or is it definitely still closed

Definitely still closed and probably wont reopen until beta testing or something like that. If you want someone to shout at then its the FSA. They're the ones who closed everything up.

Team member is weekly by the way, or at least it was when I signed up as a team member in the days before the full member tier existed. Junior is monthly. I think bi-weekly exists on the steam betas thing just as a standard option for all pre-release games on steam

Well technically it closed before the FSA got involved because it was fully funded. Then SMS reduced their share of the investment to allow for existing members to upgrade. It was this option that was closed after the FSA got involved.

That's how I remember it anyway.

But as said, tool packs should be available again went the next generation console version is started.
