I'm not aware of any demo plans and there are plenty of street cars. It is not an EA games title, for a start tyre physics changed from a Brush Tyre Model to a SETA Tyre Model (far more complex, 11x3 contact reference points if I recall correctly). pCARS is not NFS:Shift3, that is like saying iRacing is Nascar 2003, simply because of the development staff overlap. ;)

Less than a week to go for all you masses to enjoy this great racing title that has been so addictive for so many of us that joined the revolutionary pre-Kickstarter concept!
 
It's not like NFS shift at all.

The physic, FFB and wheel support is top notch now.

So much so that the last time DG posted in here the other day, he wasn't slating the game. In fact the only negative he could think of was the fact that reckons that investors won't make any money.:rolleyes:

The game had been developed on a budget of less the €4 million, so it only needs to sell 250,000 copies across 4 platforms to make its money back.

the games terrible.always has been apart from the earliest builds.driving physics still broken

funny how codemasters just made a better driving game in early release than pcars have in 3 yrs ?

hope people enjoy it it will bomb though in sales.
 
How do you know how the game plays now?

You had refund on your tool pack years ago. The builds that may be available by other means won't be anywhere near the latest ones.

If the game was terrible then I would say it was and I would've had a refund by now and so would everybody else. Especially those who've invested thousands of pounds.

Saying the game is terrible is just nonsense.
 
Of course this game will make profit for the investors. Have you seen the console prices? ...and still gamers are lapping it up as For(t)za hasn't exactly innovated over the past several years.

This game even on consoles looks sublime compared to what they have been previously "treated" with.

i still have the game lol.i continued to play it upto date hoping it would get better.

just enjoy the game. dont try to bait me for my opinion which wont be good on the game.i played from 1st week it was out to current.

You were refunded for talking rubbish about the game at the start. You then came in this thread to moan about being refunded and banned from the WMD forum.

You've only ever talked nonsense about this game. You've never backed up anything you've criticised about the game. All you've ever said in the past is the handling is rubbish and RBR is the best game ever. Never any constructive criticism that would be useful to move the game forward. Which was the whole point of buying a tool pack in the first place. No wonder you got refunded.

Now all you can say is the game is terrible and it won't make any money, yet more nonsense.
 
Not baiting, I am genuinely interested. DG, which physics do you mean that you think are bad? Is it the driving physics or collision physics?

Have you played the Shift games? How does the physics compare? I'm using Shift as an example as it's the same developer instead of Assetto Corsa etc

you have your op on the game you invested money. i brought the game and played the game.

true i was removed from the game early on for suggesting something to be added. i asked about it they edited my post removed me and refunded my money.

so i got someone else to buy me another license and kept playing.

my opinion is the game is **** .

you on a public forum saying your op and im stating mine.you are almost as bad as the people who make project cars. cant take any criticism remove refund and bar them from any voice.

i can tell you how the game will sell i told you. badly.

hype about pcars is weak.wont do well on consoles and they are not liked as a company anyway.

I didn't bait you.

You came back into the thread for the first time in ages. You didn't make any criticism of the games handling, like you normally do. Instead you said commented on a previous post regarding the profit share, saying the game wouldn't make any money. I merely responded to that.
 
I would like to know if you have a tool pack under another account, why haven't you had a refund? If you think it's so bad and is going to bomb, why would you still be invested in something you clearly dislike.

You could've had a refund up until very recently and so you'd have the chance to be playing the latest builds. Builds that are very close to final release. Certainly close enough to final release to decide if it's something you like or not.

Yet you still haven't got your money back.
