I'm buying this game for just this reason.
 
well, i would have got some times in but windows has decided it wants to defrag my hard drive, so nothing else will get any sort of decent access to it. because of that i'm getting ~50FPS instead of my usual 60 with common dips to 10FPS and occasional long freezes.

despite this i still managed a pretty poor 1:44.x with the asano, but i gave up completely with the formula B because i am unbelievably bad at imola

doubt i;ll get much running tomorrow because ive got an assignment to do by friday and i;ve been dutifully putting it off for as long as i can
 
new team member build is out. if youve got photoshop or gimp (which is free) you can make your own paint jobs now.

its not the easiest thing to do right now, but when they get their in game paint editor up and running it should be a lot easier

The option for custom skins only been out for 1 day.. already seeing some impressive stuff coming from the community.

Wish it was that smooth for me. Bought a team membership yesterday but I'm very disappointed by how poorly it runs on my machine. Shift2 looks better imo and runs fine.

Handling isn't as bad as I expected but the wheel calibration option doesnt make sense to me. How does everyone here have their wheels set up? Any specific settings in the logitech profiler for the G27?

Is this one worth picking up in its current state? will be playing on a 360 controller as I cant afford a wheel yet.

Played and enjoyed the Dirt series and Shift 2.
 
The graphics are defo shaping up to be amazing, i just hope they get the handling to match...

and optimize the final build better, runs like a dog on my 3 screen with 580 sli 1.5gb with all on low...
