TO much crying here to be honest. A lot of games have initially been lower tick rates before numbers even out then they put them up. Think Overwatch launched low then they upped them The game has been out for what, about a week?

Since switching to a smaller screen. Im acrually able to aim and get some kills. Enjoying it now

Wouldn't have been so bad if the beta was 20hz, but it was 60hz.

Add to that the laggy servers, regular peer hosts, rubbish hit boxes and unbalanced weapons, and it's bit of a cluster ****. To say the least.

Im guessing thats because its a beta, not many people. They have said they are upping them over the next coup0le of weeks.

I hope they do. But it's too late for me. Packed up my PS4 and games and I'm off to CEX today.

I don't get the fun out of games I used to. Maybe because I've been gaming since the 1970's.

Which is the whole issue. Seems like Bait And Switch tactics. Some people bought the game based on how the beta ran and now Activision have given us a different game.

Well I've still got my gaming PC and a Steam account full of unplayed ganes.

And a Playstation 1 2 and 3, Xbox 360, GameCube, Wii, Mega Drive and Mega CD. So not quite out of gaming just yet.

I've not played a cod for years so I am actually really enjoying thus one , especially if you get people online for blackout it's really good fun

Said it before but this is the best COD in many years, already played this one more than I have the last 4 years worth put together.

If I have a bad game, I have a bad game, pretty sure it's me although maybe I should start blaming tickrates, servers, weapons.

Still have no idea how to play Zombies properly though

Going to ask again, how do I play ranked / skill based? Fed up of getting matched with people that have sunk 100 hours in and unlocked all sorts of crazy stuff. How can I play with other people on my skill level? Is there a playlist hidden somewhere?

Out of interest, why isn't skill based the default? Seems weird to me that it's basically random, why would a level 55 want to play with a bunch of level 1-5s?

What always annoyed me about the CoD zombie mode was the lack of checkpoints, I assume thats still the case, if I get to round 10 and fail, why do I want to do all ten rounds again, its tedious.

that's the whole point though. It's like a proper old school game, you have to start from the start every time making the time investment significant. It goes back to "high score" based rankings which is my favourite way of scoring stuff on games personally.

Picked this up today so hopefully it patches quick enough that I get to play tonight

Not really played a Cod since maybe Blops1. I've dabbled in a few campaigns since but I never seem to see them through.

Looking forward to trying the Blackout mode and getting my bot bot kicked in general online.

There's something like a 20GB update to start then after that's finished it installs the game. Probably takes an hour and a half all told.

I believe you can play Blackout Duo immediately after the initial patch while.the rest.of the multiplayer installs.
