Why am i reading different download sizes. Some are saying 28.4Gb for SP and then 7Gb left for MP. Mine says its got 28.4Gb SP and 24.4Gb MP.
Shame i can't get more than 6mb in my area!

Just finished the SP...short as hell but it was pretty awsome...
Graphics in some levels looked better than others
..Ill say this again though make sure you set the aspect ratio and the settings manually or you wont get the best graphics. if you leave aspect ratio on auto it upscales the game instead of giving you the native res.
dissapointed at the ending though with Rourke still being alive and it just finishing right there.

Ok, need to know if anyone has a fix or has encountered this problem too.
Basically, as CoD is running terribly I've tried installing the beta drivers for my laptop (rig in sig) and they don't work. Run the install, takes forever then screen goes blank and I have to force restart the laptop. When laptop reboots, I get into windows and there are no graphics drivers installed. So, I'm assuming 13.11 doesn't wanna work with my laptop.
I try 13.9 and this gives me all sort of problems on the laptop.
What else can I do to get these damn drivers to work? Currently I'm using 13.6 and it takes literally 5 minutes to load into the main CoD menu let alone to load into a game (subsequently, I spent 5 minutes on the map loading screen and gave up) and frankly, I'm ******** sick of it. All this **** for a brand new game is completely unacceptable, but either way I'm £40 short and refuse to give up.
So, does ANYONE have a way of getting drivers that work on a laptop.

IMO MP is disappointing but both are slightly different style fps games.
If you like COD before it pretty much the same with new features.
Starting to regret not getting BF4
Hopefully it just disappointment talking and it will grow on me. Graphics are good but not as good as BF4 ....particularly in MP but again imo and probably because i dont have a 3+gb on my gfx card..

I've just spent today doing some test which have proved quite interesting.
I formatted my SSD and installed 8.1 from an iso. Fully updated with latest nvidia drivers and I was getting stuttering.
I formatted again and installed a W8 iso, fully updated with latest nvidia drivers and had no stuttering issues. I then upgraded from W8 to 8.1 through the store and was able to play CoD at silky smooth frame rates.
So hopefully people can experience a similar result if they follow the same steps.

Is Crossfire fixed with the latest beta drivers or is it still bad?
Edit: Just tried it...nope.
Can anyone recommend what settings I should choose to game on one 7970? Having things on the best settings performs a woefully.

Anyone else wish they went back to the earlier wars again with the single player?
Maybe im just tired of all the modern campaigns or they just arn't as interesting as the earlier world war ones.
Also to the guy above im running a 7990 with crossfire disabled for this game which is basically a 7970 and it runs smooth as butter with everything maxed out...
Make sure you dont have fraps or anything overlaying the screen. Make sure you set aspect ratio to your proper screen size instead of auto and and set everything else to max manually.

Got mine maxxed out mate @ 1440p. Couldn't tell you exactly what FPS im getting as afterburner osd dosent want to work. Its very smooth tho
strange, im using a 7970 and the game is running perfect, smooth as anything :/
Yeah, I have done.
It appears that quite a few gamers are having issues so you're not alone, maybe more patches will help?, something incoming next friday an update or patch or another mp mode i'm not 100% sure, i'm not the gamer i once was so i'm a bit fussy nowadays what i want to see in the game world, personally i don't think CoD Ghosts on the PC is good value from what i have seen, maybe you could try to get a refund?.£40 short and refuse to give up.

Different yes... neither is very good, BF4 is probably slightly less dissapointing in MP (compared to ghosts) but if your used to previous COD game's "netcode" BF4 will have you tearing your hair out in frustration its barely better than old games like tribes 1. Its also a buggy mess they somehow just didn't screw up quite as badly as IW.
Both games make me wish I was playing COD4 instead of playing them (I have BF4, played a bit of ghosts on a friends PC as I refuse to buy a PC game with locked fov).

Same situation here but the game runs fine on one 7970 on max settings, its a pain having to disable crossfire between games though.

Create a profile in ccc -> Gaming -> 3D App Settings -> Add -> Find Exe -> Scroll to the bottom and set crossfire to disabled.

In single player and the end of the second last mission, where you have to get out of your tank and supposedly get into the other one is bugged for me, doesnt show a marker or what to do, and i keep randomly dying
In ghosts the FOV is locked at console like levels (narrow field of view) in pretty much all PC games you can adjust it to taste and infact some people have to adjust it just so they can play without motion sickness. For me its just about using a setting (which the low fixed setting in ghosts doesn't do) which fits with my mouse movement.
