My TV shows a live FPS in a pop up menu and can confirm it's always between 110 and 120 fps.
One thing I have noticed since playing this is the feeling that the Xbox Elite series 2 controller would come into its own in CoD. I'd love to tighten up the thumbsticks and set the triggers to fire with less downward force.

Had one for years wouldn't go back to the standard controller, gives you a good advantage and love the customisation.
I've recently transitioned to playing on laptop though, so going to pick up ps5 controller and give that a crack.
Sbmm is definitely broke I just keep getting put in lobby's with people way above my skill level and it's getting old really fast. It wouldn't be to much of an issue if was just one player but it's nearly always the full team and the team I'm on wr are crap.
Finished the campaign on Friday and really enjoyed it. Looked and played great I thought. The multi is a massive shock after constantly playing Cold War for so long. I'm happy with cross play as I use kb&m @120hz on the series x anyway. Absolutely getting my backside handed to me though, I suppose it's just grinding through to the better guns and learning the maps.
If you press the Green button on tv remote about 10 times quickly when in game it will bring up the VRR display which shows fps….
Ye, I noticed this over the weekend too. I was constantly in matches were my all my team would be 0.9 k/d or less and everyone on the other team would be 1.1 k/d or greater. It felt really unbalanced. I ended up quitting matches after awhile.
Is sbmm enabled? I’m sure I read it wasn’t for a couple of weeks?

Thanks for the advice. I had a play around with the settings today and found I have a game menu on the TV that shows live FPS and I’m on 120. I will try the green button thing in the morning and let you know how I get on.
Played a few maps this morning and found the connection quality was hit and miss. One lobby, my connection was jumping from ~40 ping to around 90-100. I was just getting hit markers and not much else. Other times I had a solid connection and hit reg was much more consistent. I’m not good enough to notice any SBMM woes, and it’s unlikely to affect me with my awesome average ~1.0 K/D on the last 3 CoD games!

It certainly feels that way tonight…couple of games with @Soulja and boy oh boy it was absolutely mental the people we were up against. I went 6/24 in one game as I was unable to kill anyone, I’d see them and I was dead instantly. Mental the state of the MM, had to be broken
I'd love to be playing tonight but unfortunately the servers are as laggy as hell again. I'm getting 20ms - 150ms - 400ms - 800ms sometimes. My internet connection is fine though, 13ms and 70Mbps. **** Activision for releasing an unfinished buggy game!
Yeah the lag spikes are pretty bad, im seeing some major inconsistencies in hit reg as well, a couple of instances in particular where im getting multiple hit markers and on kill cam I didn't hit the guy once.
The game is too frustrating to play tbh, the smaller game modes are just about playable but Ground war/Invasion is just a cluster ****. Constant UAV spam, rooftop/window dwellers etc. Its not for me.

I managed about an hour of good connection last night for a bit of Invasion. The game did crash back to the home page twice in that time though. Invasion is really a sniperfest, which gets a bit annoying on the maps with less building cover.
