Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone (Battlenet ID's in OP)

Thought I'd have a game of quads last night as we haven't done a proper Verdansk game in months. We got absolutely smoked in back to back 1st tier diamond lobbies and thought sod that.

A few hours later I, stupidly, thought I'd have a quick go at solos. Back to back 1st tier gold lobbies in which I got mullered within minutes. What the actual hell? I swear pros don't get punted around by SBMM like that. I haven't played Warzone in weeks.

It is tough in gold / platinum / diamon lobbys. Looking at the stats on sbmmwarzone.com there's an even enough spread of players with KD ranging from 0.8 - cheaters with 10.0 KDs.
A person who won a Solos in a diamond game had a KD of 7.X, I checked out his name on youtube... it was a content creator for cheating in Warone / Coldwar :rolleyes:

I get those stupid dev errors and it's so annoying.

A normal night for me, lets say I play 10 games with my friend in duo's it will crash 4/10 games at least. But the games it doesn't crash the game runs flawless, butter smooth.

It's really frustrating because I enjoy Warzone a lot but this really spoils it for me.

I have all overlays disabled, I change priority to normal in task manager, I don't have any other programs running in background like msi afterburner etc.

Can you guys think of anything? Anything at all? I'm willing to try anything at this point.

Oh and I don't have any parts of my PC overclocked, I don't ever overclock.

And all other games such as Apex, Metro Exodus, GTA5, Doom Eternal, Cyberpunk etc all running perfect with no crashing. It's only Warzone where I have this issue.

I was getting fairly common crashes until recently. I switched to an older nvidia driver - 460.79 and installed a newer X570 board BIOS and it hasn't crashed since. Not sure which was the problem as I did both at the same time but its been a couple of weeks now.
 
HR scanner bug is still a thing?
Was just in a game, got my ghosted loadout and someone was near me, hr scanner beeped and he immediately looked where i was and killed me :confused::mad:
 
I wish the kill cams in Warzone were a little further back in time, because so many times I questioned whether it was cheating or I was actually seen running across.

You could try an older driver as Guest2 has stated.
I've personally never had an issue with any of the drivers. Had issues with Geforce experience but did sort it.
Also, as mentioned, the game doesn't like rivatuner in the background.

Thanks. So ghosted it will show on killcam, not ghosted it wont.

Just strange he knew exactly where i was once looking at the HR scanner. Must have been coincidence
 
If you are ghosted it - won't show on their heartbeat for the other user (attacker) but it will show on the kill cam (this is the bug). Speculation is that it is due to the fact your client is redrawing the kill cam so is aware of where you are. But the perk works as described.

Yeah the lobbies are very different it's quite something. I'm not actually doing a lot in them other than running round people in a circle to distract them. It's quite amusing because controller players can't keep up

Being bait is actually a good laugh
 
I played through the SP and enjoyed it, it was the first COD I had played for a good few years and kept thinking it was like a movie. The MP is also enjoyable and has different modes for general game play but also has some more strategic ones like search and destroy.

Cheating has gone through the roof, probably the worst it has ever been in my time of playing it! Not just me noticing it, but the entire clan is.. Not one round without some wallhacking, no recoil, esp ****

How do people know this? The average games im in, most players get 5 odd kills and spectating they dont appear to be cheating.

I think ive only ever noticed 3 or 4 that were very suspect where head shots appeared to 'lock on' to targets

It’s ridiculously easy to spot most of the cheaters on WZ as they don’t give a hoot about being subtle. Tracking people through walls, snapping crosshairs etc
