Can a vegan diet make me strong. Let's find out.

I forgotten more about nutrition than you'll ever know.

Don't worry, I shall be leaving you to your delusions. I was trying to help - but clearly you're too stubborn or stupid to listen.

Oh and as for shredded wheat and bagels, sure if you add other foods to them, then sure they can become a source of protein... just like broccoli becomes a good source of protein with a topping of steak.

Ok, I was giving this a second chance, as probably many others were, but you are doing the same as last time. Laying in to those with knowledge you could learn from, rather then reading the advice and asking questions, your getting defensive and lashing out. People won't know what your doing unless you say, and your being given opportunity to provide more details and yet your replies are "you don't know what I am doing" which really kills the conversation/information flow.

No more posting from me here, I am out. Good luck Nate, I hope for gains and an attitude adjustment.

People don't know what I'm eating but like to post like they do. I don't even want to talk about my diet. He killed the conversation as soon as he failed to ask me beforehand before declaring fiction like facts. Shame to see you out but fair enough if you think I was out of line.

Yeah I believe that.

Yeah good luck with that, even with steroids and training for 10+ years you'll be hard pushed for that. Get real.

I make this vow to you, for every extra kilo you lift, I will eat an extra lamb, calf, fish, egg and chicken to motivate you further.

You had no intentions of helping me right from the start. Just "sarcastic quips".

Not gonna bite any further.

I gave you the benefit of the doubt and gave you some advice. You threw it back in my face. Your loss, despite your sarcastic "I believe that" comment, you won't find many people on here or in general that have as good a understanding of food and nutrition as me - sure I don't know it all, and sure, I sound arrogant, but only because of all the others on here have said to me in the past - and it's a constantly evolving subject, something I'm passionate about and have been "into" from at least the time you turned vegetarian if not longer. Had you showed some respect - I'd have helped you, but you haven't and you post such inflammatory ridiculous posts than no wonder you drive people to be inflammatory and ridiculous back to you - hence my initial reply.

Go back to your delusional world, you won't get anyone here helping you with your attitude, and no one here will help you either even if you begged them to.

So go ahead, keep your log, and good luck (genuinely) as you'll need it.

The biggest LOL was when he implied vegans are nice, im not sure ive met a nice one! Vegetarians are enough of a mixed bag, some right self righteous sods there. But vegans, jaysus. With their lethargic half dead babies and their bony ugly bodies. Then you have the hemp woven clothes and natural fibre, tye-dyed ****** sweaters. Poverty shoes and an attitude to non vegans that would make a muslim seem tolerant! Why has no criminal genius ever poisoned the worlds Tofu supply i want to know, rid the world of this smug race of moronic twonks.

They've been massively helpful to you over at veganbodybuilding.com haven't they....

That whole community seems a bit lost. Whilst I am supportive of people's dietary preferences (even if I disagree with them), bad advice is just that: bad advice.

Nate: as I said before. There are a lot of VERY knowledgeable people on here when it comes to diet, training and lifting and you would have done (and indeed will do) well to heed their advice.

I wish you every success in your endeavours and will pop back to see how your training is going. Most people on here don't care what you are into or whatever, but results speak for themselves. Get some and show the doubters what you can do. :)

Nate, bro (and by that I mean...),

1) Please don't forget we have all seen your pics and you will forgive us for being skeptical about your stats - if you can get a vid of you doing strict OHP of 52.5 (you suggest for 5x5 in OP, but 1x5 would be a good start), for example, then I'll eat my words happily.

2) Don't get mad when people say 'shredded wheat isn't protein' if you have listed it under protein sources. It doesn't matter what you have with it, as you didn't write it down so we couldn't assess - as it stands what you have written suggests a ridiculously poor understanding of diet (despite your protests otherwise), and...

3) Nobody here is perfect, we all accept humbly that there are people more knowledgeable about different aspects of the game - leave your ego at the door or you will soon either give up, or damage yourself beyond repair.

Should you become a huge vegan bodybuilder then we will, no doubt, respect the knowledge/results you have, but until then stop acting the clown and appreciate people putting the time in to guide you. If you can't then I guess we're not going to get along all that well...
