stop explaining your self.. god mate man up and just leave her some space to think on her own, her head is full of poo atm im sure of it so just leave her alone for a day or two with just brief hi/how are you/goodnight texts and be done with it.. she will come to her senses if not then this is it.

and if she goes as far as dumping you don't blame your self lol.. shes at fault here.. :|
 
Have you explained to her that ALL guys do this? If so, you'll just have to give her time to digest it (oo-er) and work it out for herself. It probably was a shock to her, so she'll just need some time to mull it over.

@sean - question , was the stuff in question linked to the desktop with a link called "my porn stash" ? Or was it hidden inside a couple of folders and hard to find ?

The reason I ask is that if it is hard to get to , then she must have spent some time
trying to find it , if it was "out in the open" then it is more understandable that she just came across it.

The former shows a lack of trust and that she was checking up on you , the later just
a coincidence.

Her over-reaction does make me think she has self image issues and there is probably
nothing you can do to change her view on it, good luck I went out with someone
in the past like that, I was better rid of her.
 
Some women are just mentalists. If they dont think men look at porn or look / have thoughts about other women during relationships they are deluded.

Could be worse, My misses checked my msn chat logs (few years ago) found I'd been talking to some girl. Then logged onto my msn and decided to have a go at said girl, All while I was at work.

I managed to make her feel so guilty about it all she wouldn't stop saying sorry for a few weeks. Women are strange creatures, You just have to know how to handle your own as they are all very different.
 
Regarding the hidden folder, that may be part of the problem. It's a bit odd to be hiding porn so deeply within your computer. Sure, if you're 13 and living at your parents house with a shared computer I can understand it. However, as an adult it is a bit odd and could make her think that you are hiding other, more serious, things from her.

I feel for you bro. Woman will never understand men (and vice versa) but she does seem extremely nieve. Does she think that pron is only watched by dirty old men. I think the only advice i could give you is to tell her she needs to speak to another woman, and not someone her own age but someone older and wiser.

She should also do some research on the internet

You are just going to have to explain to her that she is very naive to think that men don't look at porn when in a relationship.

I love my girlfriend very much and find her extremely attractive but i still look at porn. Big deal.
