Carling Cup and PL ganes, 14th to 20th *SPOILERS*

Absolutely distraught but well played Villa. I can pick out a number of things tonight (players, allardyce, ref) but I think over both legs you had the edge. Just feels horrific to do so much and get nothing out of it, plus I've never been to Wembley and I think this would have been my best chance :p.

Best of luck in the final, even though you've sent us out I'll be cheering you lot on.
 
close shave but what a comeback, top of the league will do for the next few days at least! hopefully arshavin will find his form again

The last 2 times I've been scheduled to go I've not been able to, the most recent of which being the game that was effected by the tube strike. I just hope we can get close to another final next year. Absolutely heartbroken that we're not through.

I'd expect to see you two on the tele at the final ;) :p.
 
Don't like how they keep going on about the 'push' for the first goal. Shouldn't be falling over there as a CB from a sleight nudge tbh.

TBH ignoring the actual performances, with 10 men for 50-odd minutes you gave us a game...

Great game at Villa, red card turned it all around and I honestly expected some more goals for the home team when they started rolling in after half time.

Still, awesome stuff, Agbonlahor was off form though I thought.
