Waste of taxpayers money
It’s almost by definition the absolute opposite.Waste of taxpayers money
I await my letter with baited breath then.
If you don't fill in the census, how will they know that you are there to chase you up ?![]()
I reckon I may have a genuine reason for not filling it in. In the middle of house purchase (well near end) and don't have a date yet, but if we did move next week there is no guarantee the letter with the code would be at the new house. We'd be leaving the letter for this house here when we leave.

If you don’t have an access code
You can request a new access code to start a new census if you have lost or not received an access code.
Do you think it's likely you'll have completed by the 21st?
Awesome guys, always count on OcUK to have someone who knows more about something you do.
Haha, probably not with the way it's been dragging on...
In what sense does that make it pointless? Just fill it in on the 21st like it says.So lets say you fill it in early then on the 21st go and stay at your moms.
So what?
This thing is pretty pointless.
Well they have been doing it since 1841 (except 1941 when we were otherwise engaged but had a 1939 mini one) so it must be useful. So lets say you fill it in early then on the 21st go and stay at your moms.
