I think you really need to be looking at the smallest, cheapest car you can find. Anything bigger / faster than the smallest, slowest things out there is going to cost an utter fortune to insure in London at 18.

Cheap and good looking, Hyundai Coupe SIII

Thew facelifted model is suprsingly cheap on insurance, did a quick quote for the 2.0 08 plate with 0 ncb and it came out 1300. I'm 20 btw
