Just had an update from MSI and got it sorted for you, I have managed to sort out an RMA for you so it will be accepted and we can now get this repaired / replaced for you.

according to the very rude person I sopke with at OCUK, he has never seen a card which did not have a sticker on and directly accused me of intentionally removing it
Keeping the box is a good idea.
However the retailer could still claim that a stickerless graphics card is not the one that was delivered in the box.
PCB etching is the way to go.
