You made a false claim on asylum application acceptance rates. I provided a link showing the UK right in the middle and far lower than many other countries, completely disproving your ridiculous cliam.
Just admit you were wrong and taken in by some Daily Mail headline

The basic fact is far fewer asylum seekers ever even go to the UK, and if they seek asylum their chances are no different to the average of any other European country and far lower than many other countries.

LOL sure Estonia and Bulgaria accept a load... not exactly the destination of choice for the ones coming here though!

The claim was double the rate of some EU countries and it was backed up by the data, there was nothing false stated.

Our nearest neighbour France rejects >70% but we accept >70%, the ones we accept overwhelmingly come from France.

Your figures only go up to 2018. The UK acceptance rate is now over 70% for *reasons*.

Does it really need more funding? Why cant the people already employed in the assessment service just make better decisions? Like I have said, 99% of people would not have approved this person's claim, so why did they?

Its not hard to look at a person's claim, see the history/risk/misdirection, and say 'no'.

I reckon any of us here could knock out 3 or 4 claims a day each with a common sense approach.

Step 1 - any history of convictions/crime in home country - if yes, application rejected. That will weed out quite a few.
Step 2 - any crime/arrests/convictions whilst here in UK - if yes, application rejected. Another chunk off the list.
Step 3 - is where you then examine the ones left over in more detail/on their merits.

LOL apparently it's "incel culture" in this country, nothing wrong re: the asylum system being broken.

Don't look at Sweden and the big spike in rapes there either, it must be microaggressions and the culture/issues with men in general in the country the asylum seekers are arriving in... we must do better in schools????

I wonder where he's hiding, can't be amongst people with that face. I doubt the police will be taking any chances with him either, so if he hasn't topped himself somewhere there must be a pretty good chance if he even looks like he might resist arrest he'll be shot.
